Shipping
Current turn-around time is 7 to 14 business days.

If for any reason your shipment was damaged or lost I will do my best to investigate and assist you in finding your merchandise. You can save on shipping if you order multiple products for the same rate. 

Also, the boxes that will be used for shipping have been previously used. Don't refuse reuse. "GO GREEN". 

All International Orders can take up to a few weeks to arrive. If you want insurance please convo me before the order is placed and shipped.
***Want a custom bulk or wholesale order email me before the order is placed. If you want insurance convo me so I can include that in the overall price. Also, please read the list of ingredients before purchasing to make sure you are not allergic to anything!!
Returns
You have 5 Days to contact us on a return and the product should be unused and still in its original packaging. If we are not contacted during that time period, we will not be able to process the return.  
Payment
I accept PayPal and Direct Checkout as payment!

Orders placed will not be shipped until payment has been received.

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours from the time the order was placed. Once the product has been shipped the order cannot be canceled.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Need your special purchase "Gift Wrapped"? 

We'll be happy to take that burden off your shoulders for you. We use beautiful wrapping paper, natural twine, and recycled paper for tags. 

-->>Note: Wrapping paper, twine, and recycle tags may change due to the availability of supply.

Care instructions

Our soaps will last for about 1 month if it is not left in a pool of water. So, please leave your special handcrafted bar in a dry place or on a soap dish between uses. Or, place it back in your reusable 100% Cotton Muslin bag and hang to dry.
